I was absolutely blown away by the thoughtful touches and exceptional service at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a personal note detailing the access to the building, a new microwave to replace the broken one, and even local biscuits and cold water in the fridge. the hosts truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. the flat itself was stylish and spotlessly presented, with all the amenities we could possibly need - from ironing facilities to a well-equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils. the spacious sitting area and dining table made us feel right at home, while the free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV added a touch of luxury. the heating was perfect for those chilly Cornish evenings, and the carpeted floors added a cozy touch to the space. the location, though not the most picturesque, was incredibly convenient for exploring the town and beyond. Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations and set the bar high for future travels. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for a truly exceptional experience.
